Data format: 

Gridded data given in columns as below:

Longitude
Latitude
Height (always 0)
Sea level anomaly (SLA)
SLA error

The time in the filename denotes the beginning of the data and the first 2 characters denote the satellite mission. Files contain weekly means from October 1995 to May 2018. 

The dataset has been obtained using satellite altimetry data from three missions:
e2: ERS2 (weeks 218 - 573)
n1: Envisat (weeks 574 - 1020)
c2: CryoSat-2 (weeks 1021 - 1336)

Spatial coverage: 65N-82N with a resolution of 0.25*0.5 degrees (lat: 65:0.25:82 and lon: -180:0.5:180)

The data have been masked using sea ice concentrations downloaded from osisaf.met.no/p/ice.
Data points retrieved over land have been removed from files ending with “ocean” - these files are in the "Masked" folder.
