The name of the file:
Arc_xxxxx_yyyymmdd.dat

xxxxx is days from 0000(year)00(month)00(day)
yyyymmdd is the calender days

For example:
'Arc_728287_19931224.dat' means 728287 days from the reference day, it contains
the data from 19931224 to 19931226.
