How to run the new j_ima_iros version (5.1.29) before OSA11 has been released.



New parameters have been introduced in j_ima_iros-5.1.29 so the pipeline scripts
jemx_science_analysis, jemx_scw_analysis, and j_image must accept those parameters.

Similarly the parameter files must be used in new versions relative to OSA10.

Package for compiling j_ima_iros-5.1.29: files_for_j_ima_iros-5.1.29.tar.gz

Package with corresponding parameter files: j_export_par_osa104.tar

Package for compiling j_imaging: files_for_j_imaging_OSA104.tar

Package for compiling jemx_scw_analysis: files_for_jemx_scw_analysis_OSA104.tar

Package for compiling jemx_science_analysis: files_for_jemx_science_analysis_OSA104.tar

The IC information must also be updated:
Package with IMOD tables: jemx_imod_grp_NSIVERSION_26.tar.gz
Files with RMF tables: rmf_grp/jmx1_rmf_grp_0046.fits and jmx2_rmf_grp_0046.fits

I'm not sure how to implement this using ISDC's IC system. Perhaps a renaming of files
or using symbolic links can do it for you.

At DTU Space (aka National Space Institute - NSI) we're running OSA104 with a private
look up table for the IC: jemx_ic_master_0026.fits
